Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. At Unimorf, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Cancellation Terms
Orders can be cancelled only if the status is 'Pending' or 'Under Processing'.
If the order is already shipped or out for delivery, cancellation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
How to Cancel ?
To request a cancellation:
Email us at admin@unimorf.com or WhatsApp us at +91 70218 14161 with your order number.
We will review the request and notify you if the cancellation is approved.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation is accepted, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the order stage:
- Under Processing: 1% of order amount
- Ready for Dispatch: 1.5% of order amount
- Out for Delivery: 2% of order amount
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
