We aim to deliver only the best quality uniforms and accessories. However, if you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Custom/school-logo uniforms
    • Accessories like socks, ties, belts (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

  2. Share your order number, item details, and reason for return

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or wrong)
